Update - New site, New class, New book and Toronto Comicon!!

Hi everyone,

NEW SITE - I just wanted to update everyone on what Imaginism Studios has been up to lately. The studio has really taken off. Currently we're doing visual development on 2 tv shows and 1 feature as well as numerous other projects. One being a new version of the imaginismstudios.com site. Should be online early September so stay tuned!

NEW CLASS - The other thing I'd like to mention is you can now sign up for "DIGITAL PAINTING" at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario. I teach digital painting techiniques that can be applied to everyone's different styles. Start date is September 14. Click HERE for more details.

TORONTO COMICON - Sept. 1-3 We'll be at the Fan Expo in Toronto Canada. Come and say hi if you're in the neighbourhood. Our booth will be in the Artist Alley section.

NEW BOOK - The new book is almost here! Fairy Sketches will be out on Sept. 1 or 2nd at the Fan Expo and will be avalible on line early September - at the latest Sept. 6th. Look out for some great previews!
For the first time, I’ve asked someone to share my books with me.
Kei Acedera has stepped up from being a regular contributor to our books to becoming the new art director here at Imaginism Studios. Her ideas and sense of design are wonderfully appealing and come almost effortlessly.
And when you see her insanely cute and beautiful fairies, you’ll see why we chose this book to be the debut of the Art of Bobby Chiu and Kei Acedera.

Guest Artists:
Sergio Aragonés - Mad Magazine legend of legends, creator of "Groo the Wanderer"
Gavin Ball - Great Draftsman and all around nice guy
Linda Bergkvist - No fairy book would be the same without Linda. Multi award winning artist
Kevin Dart - I had the pleasure of meeting this amazing talent in San Diego.
Kitty Fung - Our friend and Anime prodigy
Robin Mitchell - My brother from another mother. Great friend and character designer.
Justin Ridge - A true talent! It was an absolute pleasure to have Justin in my book. We've been fans of him for a while now.

Here's a peek of the cover. Drawn by Kei Acedera. Painted by Bobby Chiu
