Lucky You
Lucky you! You've found a Leprechaun! Did you know that Leprechauns are creatures that only look like they have clothes on but it's actually part of their fur? Their keen ability to sniff out gold ore made them heavily hunted to the brink of extinction.
We're leaving for Wondercon (table AA-017 & AA-018) in California so thought we'd wish you an early Happy St.Patrick's Day!

Alien Among Us
Did you know Santa Claus is an alien and that his 'gifts' are all equipped with surveillance equipment and probing devices? Here's a rare picture of Santa and Rudolph without their holographic disguises.
*A quick painting I did for a painting demo in December.

MIB 3 Creature seen in new trailer
You can see the creature Thierry Lafontaine and I designed in the beginning of this trailer. It's the "fishy" thing. One of the joys of working on live action is to see people like Will Smith interacting with one of our 'illustrations.' Incredible.
Ken Ralston and the fine folks at Sony Image Works did a phenomenal job.

Video from our trip to Brazil
In February, Kei Acedera, Stephen Silver and I visited the Associação Mata Ciliar (AMC) Animal Center in Sao Paulo. For Kei and I, it was our second trip and a highlight of our tour of Brazil.
Everyday, AMC saves the lives of animals that have nowhere else to go. You can help by contacting voluntarios@mataciliar.org.br to find out how you can volunteer your time, or you can make a much-needed donation to AMC via PayPal at adm@mataciliar.org.br.
For our part, we are selling my audiobook of "The Perfect Bait" on sale for $2.99 until Mar. 30, 100% of proceeds from sales of "The Perfect Bait" audio stream on Schoolism will be donated to our friends at AMC. Together, we can help ensure that these animals will always have a home. Click HERE to purchase
About the Associação Mata Ciliar:
Founded in 1987, the Associação Mata Ciliar (Riparian Forest Association) is a non-profit organization based in Pedreira, Sao Paulo, focusing on environmental conservation and the care and rehabilitation of at-risk wildlife. Its Center for Rehabilitation of Wildlife and its Brazilian Center for Conservation of Subtropical Felines are among the leading authorities on wildlife preservation in Brazil

Reading Time - Happy Birthday Dr.Seuss!
Reading Time
8 x 11 inches, gouache
As every other childhood, mine had a good dose of reading Dr.Seuss books so when asked to paint something in tribute to Dr.Seuss, the joy of reading a book developed in my head. Not an iPad or Kindle. Those are great as well. I love my iPad but there's something special about sitting with a nice book that has real pages and doesn't need electricity.
In celebration of Dr.Seuss' birthday Nucleus Gallery is having a Dr.Seuss gallery show tomorrow. Please contact info@gallerynucleus.com for inquiries.
